5.1 Accurate Information. 5.4 KYC Verification. The Operator may request identity, address and payment verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure. 5.5 Single Account Policy. Opening more than one Account per person is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold multiple Accounts may have all associated Accounts closed and all associated balances voided, at the Operator's sole discretion.

12.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
